First Call Cleaning FAQs

first call cleaning service

How do I schedule cleaning?

Call us at 407-421-3599 to schedule cleaning services for your home or business. We can arrange a one-time visit, or schedule weekly or monthly services. Our office is open from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, but we can schedule cleaning for any day and time that works for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give 30 days notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning under a monthly or annual contract.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, checks, direct deposits and cash.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes. We use professional-grade, green-certified cleaning products and EPA-registered disinfectants, and we furnish any tools needed to complete the job. Our janitorial staff will come prepared with everything needed to clean your home or office, so you will have one less thing to worry about.

How much do you charge for cleaning services?

At First Call Cleaning, we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to pricing. Every home and every business has different needs. We will conduct a site visit in order to give you an accurate estimate based on the size of the space, the amount of work to be done, and the amount of time the job will take. Before cleaning begins, we will reach an agreement with you on price and expectations so you never will be stuck with surprise charges or hidden fees. We offer monthly as well as annual contracts.

How long have you been in business?

First Call Cleaning LLC was founded in 2011, and our owners have more than 30 years of experience providing high-quality, professional cleaning services for homes and businesses.
